About Karl Lubieniecki

A well experienced and diversified investment manager from a Commercial Management and Financial Trading background dating back to 1999. Having Studied Commercial Management at the University of the West of England (UWE) between 1999 and 2003, as well as working for one of the UK's leading construction companies, Karl gained a vast amount of financial planning and company cashflow knowledge. Being one of the highest yielding Quantity Surveyors between 2002-03, Karl's entrepreneurial flair showed through his daily roles. Having been the Founding partner of Clearsite in 2003 at the age of 22, which became the largest commercial Strip-out and soft demolition company in the South West of England in 2005, this company was a huge success until its sale in 2014. The company continues its success today, some 18 years on, employing the same management team and owned by a long standing employee of the original company.

 

In 2007 Karl's passion turned to financial trading and through several years of practice and perseverance he was recognised by a large UAE family for his ability in turning five figures to seven in only four months. This relationship continued where he managed in excessive of £73m ($101m) of family assets through financial FX trading over an 8 year period. Karl's FX trading background from back when online trading was a relatively new concept has earnt him the acknowledgment as one of the UK's most experienced FX traders, reinforced by him recently completing the acclaimed online 100 in 30 competition.  This competition promoted by a regulated online trading platform encourages experienced traders to attempt to double their account balances in only 30 calendar days.  This challenge took Karl 22 calendar days but more impressively he was one of only 4 trader out of almost 600 who recorded no losing trades in the 30 day challenge period.   

 

Karl's entrepreneurial success, especially in the Yacht, Jet and Car sector, has allowed him to be one of the founding members of one of the Worlds Largest yacht, property, jet and car syndication companies with operations stretching from the US across the Mediterranean to Asia with a predicted 2022/3 turnover in excess of $125m.

Karl's hobbies include flying sailing and restoring classic cars.  The restoring of such classic cars, come hobby come business, in 2007 gave birth to South West Customs, which by 2012 was one of the most highly regarded restorations companies in the South of England.  Having built and restored cars for celebrities, TV shows, the Media and enthusiasts alike, Karl and his fantastically experienced team have turned many peoples vision to reality.
